Stronger than ever before.

I have 20 years experience in training, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. Despite all my experience, the key to my success is that I faced the challenge of rebuilding the muscle mass and coordination of my entire body as an adult. After long, life-threatening illness and major surgeries, I had to relearn how to walk, climb, jump, rebuild my heart, bones, and vision. I had to rebuild my strength from scratch. I struggled to find effective rehabilitation and elite training that would allow me to function as the athlete I had always been.

I needed to get back to the life I loved: active and adventurous.

​

This desire led me to my own signature method for training, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. I've combined my knowledge of Pilates, yoga, Gyrotonics, weightlifting, physical therapy, and osteopathy to better understand how the body works as a whole and how its parts support each other. 

​

My method is made for coming back more agile and more powerful than ever before. For bodies that are injury-free, my high caliber training is for you too. I know how to strengthen you to prevent injuries and have full mobility. My method will level you up in new and satisfying ways.
