dap TERMS OF SERVICE

**This Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made between DAP Athletics ("Provider") and the undersigned or purchasing client ("Client").



****Effective Date**: 12/1/2024



**1. Services Provided** The Provider agrees to deliver fitness sessions and packages as selected by the Client, which may include individual sessions, group classes, or specialized programs.



**2. Payment Terms** The Client agrees to pay for services at the time of purchase. By providing credit card information, the Client authorizes the Provider to keep the card information on file and charge the agreed amount for selected sessions/packages and cancellation fees.



**3. Refund Policy** All sales are final. No refunds will be issued. If the Client is unable to attend a scheduled session, they must notify the Provider at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule or as otherwise stated in their individual program agreement.



**4. Commitment to Success** The Client acknowledges that successful results from training sessions are dependent on their commitment to following the guidance, instructions, and recommendations provided by the Provider. The Client agrees to actively participate and engage in the program to achieve desired outcomes.



**5. Liability Waiver** The Client acknowledges that participation in training sessions involves inherent risks. The Client agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless the Provider from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during participation in the sessions.



**6. Governing Law** This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California and Los Angeles County. 



**7. Agreement Acceptance** By signing below or purchasing, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Service Agreement.
